Appointment & Bookings

Appointments are reserved for each guest. By booking, you agree to provide accurate details, timely arrival, and follow any relevant pre-appointment guidance. Treatment remains subject to suitability on the day and may be adjusted where appropriate.

Payments & Cancellation

A deposit secures your appointment, with the remaining balance settled at your visit.

We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. Deposits may be transferred with sufficient notice. Late cancellations, or unattended appointments are non-refundable.
